SDSR is looking for QuakeLive players to join our team.
Successful applicants should be European, active (atleast 3/4 trainings a week), communicative (Teamspeak, IRC, Forums/Website) and have a mature attitude.

If this sounds like you, please join our IRC channel (#sdsr on quakenet) and ask for RF| Rexob or DF|sn4p.

Some of the older players of our previous sdsr.cod4 squad are gonna start playing COD4 search and destroy again.
atm our main lineup consists of 4 players.

4. viRus

as you can see we are atm at least 2 players short to get a decent 5v5 line-up and 1 spare player that can substitue when 1 of the main players cant in the competition we are intending to participate in.
probably cb summer cup.

If you are interested in joining our squad there are some things you need to be capable of.
1. you must be able to talk english ( if you are a dutch speaking guy/girl then its even better cause atm we are only be players. )
2. should be able to play 2 times a week.
3. preferable only +18 years old or you must be able to show us some mature attitude.
4. keep an open mind and be a fair and nice player.

January the 1st will be a dark day in the SDSR history and in mine aswell. The news came to me that DiGiTiZ died that day.

SDSR lost his founder and general manager. DiGiTiZ was really dedicated and a man with really alot of knowledge of computers, servers and all thats related to it. We (me and DiGiTiZ) started with a computer as our server. He worked out how to set up a quake4 server and all of our friends could come and join us. On that comp he also created the first SDSR site where we could backup some stuff. After a few times that his uploadmeter was full and his provider threw him on smallband, he decide to find a sponsor. Not long after it, he found E-wold. He provided us with a server. So DiGiTiZ had to learn some more about server stuffs.At that time we founded SDSR as an Esports community. After almost 2 years hard working SDSR was known in the quake scene. Well DiGiTiZ was known
Everybody who knew DiGiTiZ, knows that he was a man who loved the quake community. He was helpful, had a sense of humor, listened to problems,... He leaves an empty space in my heart. A space that will be never filled again. From now on I have to accept the fact that he'll never show up again on mirc, quake, ...

After 1.5 years of SDSR, we (DiGiTiZ, me and viRus) decided that SDSR had to close. So he locked the site and went to join AbsoluteFrenzy. Now I activated this site again so SDSR would live on. It will not be the same but we'll try to make some fun. I dont promise that this will be a clan again but it will be a place to have fun. The only thing that i still need to fix is the SDSR quake servers.

Well DiGiTiZ, mate, I hope that u found ur peace now and that u will guard us. Your spirit will live on on this site.

After 1.5 years of ups and downs the time has come to close SDSR.

[ What happend? ]

Roy and MoizOo decided to leave our SDSR.COD4 team. The reason was that SDSR.COD4 was not active enough for them. Wish in turn let Hifo decide to leave aswell. With reason, if they leave, me also, there is no point in staying.

[ Consequence? ]

Our SDSR.COD4 team is broken, on the eve of 2 leagues. Recruiting? Impossible at this stage.

Something similar happend to us before, but then we where strong enough to survive. Not this time.

So, with that out of the way. I called it a day for SDSR. Atleast for now. I wanna go back to our roots.

I allways said that I didn't know how to run a team or a clan, and i still stand by that. I learn as I go.
And i'm still learning every day!
